This privacy policy describes how Facture.simple (Lemoine Agency) collects and processes your personal data when you use this demonstration site. Facture.simple is a demonstration project. No real personal data is collected beyond what is strictly necessary for the demonstration to function.

We only collect the following data: • Email address: used as the login identifier for the demonstration account. • Session cookies: technical cookie managed by Supabase Auth to maintain your login session. This cookie is strictly necessary for the service to function. No other personal data is collected. No audience analytics, advertising tracking, or profiling tools are used on this site.

The data collected is exclusively used to: • Enable authentication on the demonstration site. • Display and manage the fictitious demonstration data (clients, invoices) associated with the account. No commercial, advertising, or statistical processing is performed on this data.

The processing of your data is based on the legitimate interest of Lemoine Agency in providing a functional demonstration environment (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR). Use of the demonstration site is entirely voluntary.

Login data and account-associated demonstration data are retained for the lifetime of the demonstration project. Login sessions expire automatically when the browser is closed. You can request at any time the deletion of data associated with your email address by contacting us at demo@lemoine.agency.

Your data is hosted on Supabase infrastructure (database and authentication) and deployed via Vercel (application hosting). No data is transmitted to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: • Right of access: obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy. • Right of rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected. • Right to erasure: obtain deletion of your data under the conditions provided by law. • Right to restriction of processing: restrict the processing of your data in certain cases. • Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured format and transmit it to another controller. • Right to object: object to the processing of your data on legitimate grounds. This site exclusively uses a technical session cookie issued by Supabase Auth to maintain your login. This cookie is strictly necessary for the service to function and does not require your prior consent in accordance with ePrivacy regulations.
